This product provides a nostalgic feeling for all users who spent hours in amusement arcades in their youth trying to obtain a cuddly plush toy or similar. This version of the product is a super way of giving away promotional gifts at brand awareness exercises either in-store, at exhibitions, shopping centres amongst other places.

You, the customer, can decide what to place inside the machine in the way of gifts or rewards. You may decide on soft plush toys or we can provide small capsules which would allow you to store your own items inside such as for example, keyrings, raffle tickets, confectionary or similar.

These machines can be altered to meet your needs, for example, if you'd like users to win a prize every time the machine is used, we can alter the algorithm to allow this. You can preset the algorithm to allow win every time or anywhere between 2-100 attempts.

Other ideas from previous clients include filling the machine with, for example, 100 red plastic balls and only 3 black plastic balls. The winner is the user who retrieves the black plastic ball.

Customers can book online through this product listing. This is our preferred booking method. Alternatively, if you fancy a chat with our friendly office team we take calls between 9am and 7pm every day of the week. Delivery & Collection Times

  • Summer (March - October): Delivery between 7:30am and 12pm; collection between 5pm and 8pm.
  • Winter (October - March): Delivery between 7:30am and 12pm; collection between 4pm and 7pm.
  • Overnight hires: Delivery on your selected date between 7:30am and 12pm; collection the following day between 7:30am and 1pm.
  • Fixed time delivery and collection: Available only between 9am and 5pm (Venues only). Please allow a 60-minute window between venue hire and party times for efficient delivery and collection. Example: Venue hire from 1pm–5pm, party times 2pm–4pm.
  • Multi-day hires: Delivery on your selected date between 7:30am and 12pm; collection on your selected end date between 5pm and 8pm (Summer) or 4pm and 7pm (Winter).

Please note: We are unable to provide more specific delivery and collection times than those listed above.

Winter events after 5pm: If your event is in the Winter season (October–March) and extends beyond 5pm, please contact our office team to see if we can accommodate a later collection time.

Sizing Measurements Explained

  • Unit size: This is the manufacturer's size for the product, indicating the space required on suitable surfaces (e.g., grass). Example: If the bouncy castle measures 12ft by 12ft, you'll need at least 12ft by 12ft of space on a grass surface. Check the size tab for specific measurements.

  • Required space: This is the space needed to safely use the equipment, free from obstacles. Example: If a bouncy castle measures 12ft by 12ft and requires 16ft by 16ft of space, you need at least 12ft by 12ft of clear grass plus 2ft of additional space around the unit (clear of obstacles like fences, gate posts, washing lines, etc.). Check the size tab for specific measurements.
