Bounce-N-Go began as a small family run company hiring bouncy castles in the Wigan and Ashton-in-Makerfield area. The company quickly developed a strong customer base throughout Greater Manchester in areas such as Wigan, Leigh, Chorley, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Hindley and the surrounding areas. Bounce-N-Go became the preferred supplier to most schools, colleges and private customers within the local area.
For one reason or another, the original founders felt that they had taken Bounce-N-Go as far as they possibly could. They wished to move onto pastures new and approached SJ's Leisure, Merseyside's leading inflatable and fun product hire company to see if they were interested in purchasing the company. SJ's Leisure took over Bounce-N-Go approximately ten years ago and we've worked to develop the company further and grow the customer base within the north west region.
We believe we've done that quite well and our proud to say we are the number one choice for bouncy castle hire in Wigan!
What we offer
At Bounce-N-Go, we offer a wide range of inflatable and fun products. From bouncy castles to photo booths and from rodeo rides to soft play. We have a large range of services which can help to make your party or event the success that you wish for! Above all, we offer a safe, high quality and affordable service each and every time.
From starting out as the simply offering bouncy castle hire in Wigan, we've grown and developed new, exciting products and services and continue to do so today. We're constantly on the look out for innovative products which will go down a treat at your event!
Health and safety is an aspect we pride our company on. All of our staff are trained to understand the BS:EN14960 UK/EU standard which applies to bouncy castles and inflatables. In-house training is provided to all staff on how to correctly set up, maintain and attend to bouncy castles and inflatables. This in-house training comes from RPII training experience. Our full range of bouncy castles and inflatables have been built to the UK / EU standard (BS:EN14960) and we feel more often than not, actually exceed this standard! We also offer a full range of PIPA tested inflatables. The PIPA test is widely regarded as the most stringent test available for inflatables. All of our inflatables can be tested to this standard however an additional charge may be required. All of our electrical equipment is also PAT tested regularly every six to twelve months.
Full public liability insurance is an essential for all inflatable hirers. We carry full public liability insurance (£5m) and full employers insurance (£10m).
If you require any documentation to satisfy your health and safety guidelines, all of our documentation can be provided upon booking and request. We have risk assessments, method statements and all certificates available.
When we operate
Our services are available almost all year around. The only two days we are strictly unavailable and closed is Christmas Day and New Years Day. Our live online booking system can be used to check availability on most items using the calendar system. For photobooth hires, rodeo rides and simulators we require bookings to be made over the telephone to allocate the relevant time slots for your booking.
For items that are delivered and collected without supervision such as bouncy castles, soft play, inflatable slides etc, our delivery schedule is as follows;
Summer deliveries (April - October) - 7:30am - 12pm (noon).
Summer collections (April - October) - 5pm - 8pm.
Summer weeknight collections (April - October) - 6pm - 8pm.
Winter collections (November - March) - 4pm - 7pm.
Overnight collections (Full year) - 7:30am - 12pm (noon).
As mentioned further up, all of our staff have received in-house training to understand and be familiar with the UK / EU standard which affects bouncy castles and inflatables (BS:EN14960). All of our staff have also been trained to provide the highest quality of service and therefore are polite, friendly and competent in their job role. In-house training has also been provided including the RPII 'Operators and supervisors' course.
All staff wear branded company uniform so that it is easy to distinguish who is setting up your equipment. If you would like them to not wear branded company uniform, this can be arranged providing prior notice is given.
